I’ve just set up a website and registered the URL but I want to get it recognised by search engines. How do I do that and is it worth paying someone to do it for me?
Technoglam’s resident techie, Alex, answers… There is so much information on the internet that it is very difficult to get yourself noticed, especially when compared with your competitors who may have had a web presense for years! It’s usually not worth paying someone to ‘optimise’ your site. And any one who claims to ‘guarantee no.1 in Google’ is lying. Don’t give them your money.
There are hundreds of search engines out there.
